Script Summary:
Adds an edit link beside the trash can icon in Blogger comments. This link will only be visible to the blog owner when the owner views the comments

Comments in bloggers can only be deleted using the trash can icon. There is no one-click method the blog author can edit a comment. This script adds a comment edit link beside the trash can icon in the comemnt view for the author.
