Script Summary: Moves the navigation menu to the right side for Arseblog's new theme
It's for moving the navigation menu on Arseblog's new theme from the left to the right. Also fixes a few minor padding issues that come up from the switch. But be warned, it doesn't actually switch the menu from the left to the right on any other page, just the frontpage. If there's a demand I guess I can make it work on all the others.
