Script Summary: Adds a "Tabs" link to the top and bottom of case list pages, when clicked it opens each case in a new tab. Also changes the Firefox tab title so it starts with the Fogbugz case number.

My update adds the Tab link to the top of the list, and also changes the Firefox tab so that you're more likely to see the case # in it.
