Replaces the standard Linkfilter voting system with most of the one from Otter. No scripts from Otter itself were used in it's making, but I did "borrow" the star images (which are embedded in the script). It's unable to update the displayed averages and has no way to know if you've already voted on a link or not.. those perks you'll have to wait for Otter to use. I also remedied the star flickering one would see in Otter's voting.
