Format Amazon Wishlist

Adds 2 buttons to the Amazon Wishlist page: 1 for a printable version of the page, and another for CSV export.

I wanted to go to the library and look for the books in my wishlist, but trying to get them laid out in a easy-to-read fashion was too difficult. So, I wrote this Greasemonkey script that strips out everything but the titles and authors. As far as I know it only works on amazon.com (i.e. not .co.uk or .ca). Now works for amazon.com AND amazon.co.uk You also MUST have the wish list in compact view.

Update: fixed silly JS error that meant it no longer worked for amazon.com. Whoops!

I have to agree with both of the comments so far. I would love to see it work for the entire wishlist, but I understand the limitations of just using the page given to you, but it appears to be broken in FF3 anyways.

Any chance you can make an ENTIRE wish list printable, not just the particular page on the screen? Thanks.
