To get LJ to replace embedded content with placeholders, log into LJ and go to this page:

http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/

Check the Video Placeholders box.

2008-12-13: Made having placeholders enabled irrelevant.  All embedded content, placeholder'd or not, will be replaced.

2008-12-13: Set it to work on all livejournal.com URLs.

2007-12-27: Ahahahha.  It currently works - replaces the placeholder with a link, instead.

2007-12-27: Fixed!  The placeholder's 475px x 405px box will now be removed, with no conflicts (that I could find) with the unfolding aspects &c &c.  Woo!

2007-12-23: This script interferes with the unfolding aspects of the "LiveJournal Addons" addon. Thought you should know.
