Adds a button for collapsing and expanding posts on pages using the 'A Sturdy Gesture' theme by Martin Atkins |

Adds a button for collapsing and expanding posts, both on your own journal and on your friends page. GreaseMonkey will remember which posts are collapsed so once you collapse something it won't bother you again unless you choose to expand it yourself.
Can be a useful way to deal with posts that contain large un-cut images that stretch your layout at low resolutions, although I actually originally made it because I was fed up of scrolling past fifteen copies of the same stupid meme.
Note: This currently only works on pages using the 'A Sturdy Gesture' theme, however it shouldn't cause any ill effects when viewing other pages.
I may expand it to include other layouts at some point, but since they seem to be mostly table-based rather than div based I imagine it will be a fair bit more hassle.
The code for this script is based on Adrian's Troll Bridge script.
