Dave Pollard - Fix Titles

Fix the <title> on Dave Pollard's "How to Save the World" blog

Dave Pollard has an excellent blog, [How to Save the World](http://blogs.salon.com/0002007/), about economics and politics.

I think it is powered by Radio Userland though, and because of that, the title for the pages is always "How to Save the World", instead of the title of the essay on the page...
Since he rarely writes more than one essay per day, this script just looks for the essay title within the page and assigns it to the whole document.
