Script Summary: Saves and automatically reapplies any Dashboard filter you set
Any time you add, change, or remove filtering in Dashboard, this script will save the new configuration.
Then when you log in or click the upper right hand Dashboard button graphic on other tumblelogs, it reapplies the saved filter.
