Script Summary: Removes spam posts from reddit
This script removes stories posted by users who are know spammers (according to this thread: http://reddit.com/info/61pnv/comments/). I will attempt to update it often to add new spammers.

The includes were not totally inclusive, only worked on front pages, now fixed
version 0.2:
This version changes the Removed count link to toggle the hidden stories.
