Book Borough - Remixing the NYC bookstore

Compare book prices from various book stores

The basic idea is to provide all of the lovely bookburro's functionality plus add a little special NYC love. You get results from the New York Public Library and from the Brooklyn Public Library. Also, added The Strand, New York's favorite brick and mortar bookstore.

I added a winky little new york apple for the burro to eat.

Remember, cheap is good, but free is better.

Great script...I found that for some reason, the list price is shown for Amazon instead of the actual discounted price. Also, being that this is somewhat catered to the NYC crowd, would you include the Queens Library as part of the script? Thanks.

This is great. However, when checking to see if a book is at the library, keep in mind that most libraries carry only hardcovers, which carry different ISBNs than paperbacks; so if you're accessing this from, say, the Amazon.com page, make sure you're looking at a hardcover version of the book you want.
