This replaces links on the Metafilter front page and within recent posts with links that go through the Coral Cache network. It also adds a "coralize/decoralize" toggle button to all post pages. Posts that are older than a couple of days won't be automatically coralized, but they'll still have the "coralize" button.

A few big sites like wikipedia, youtube, google, etc., are excluded from being coralized (as is metafilter itself). Also, links with query strings are excluded, which might be overcautious on my part...
