Allows the addition of URLs directly with their dates. Especially useful for blogs (start dates), etc.

Date fields will appear in the Add URL edit page. If you have other user scripts helping manipulating date fields in general, make sure that create URL relationship with dates starts first so that other scripts can find and tweak those fields. In order to do this, rename create URL relationship with dates file name with several underscores in beginning (example : __141662.user.js).
