Fixes for:
- Large images not displaying in Chrome: only affects some users when zoomed to 125% and not scrolled to top of page. See this thread
- Region change links for categories ending in "+" don't work: e.g. boy's jackets size 11+, after using the "New Zealand" or "(your region)" link, the paging links go back to the main category.
- Message Board All Threads view paging numbers in header are not formatted
Tested with Greasemonkey in Firefox v14 and Tampermonkey in Chrome v20. Does not work in Chrome without Tampermonkey.
