Yahoo added a "Home" link to the beginning of the navigation bar. For those who were used to clicking in a certain spot and not really paying attention to what the link was, it became quite annoying. This moves the "Home" link to the end of the Navigation bar, before "Launch StatTracker". I didn't want to just remove "Home" because there is good info on that page.
This script currently works for Football and Basketball, but it should work for all sports that have the "Home" link on the navigation bar. Just add the appropriate URL to the "Included Pages" area of the "GreaseMonkey Manage User Scripts" screen.

Please note, this script is out of date. Yahoo has made several changes since I wrote this script, and if you use it, it could really mess things up. I hope to get back to this script to make it work better, but for now, it's probably best to disable it in GreaseMonkey.
