Wonderful! About.com is definitely in the top five most obnoxious Google search results.
I usually about.com and Amazon manually by adding - to any search I do. An Amazon script is first on my google site remover wishlist.

      result.parentNode.style.display='none';

works even better. It still works with other scripts like Two Column Google, Google Tag Cloud Maker and works with http://blackboxsearch.com/* also which is an anonymizing proxy for google.

Beautiful - about.com is obnoxious and I don't find their info helpful - this is a much welcomed script
