Script Summary: tooltips for 4chan post quotes, as seen on /b/ackwash reloaded

A rebuild of the original /b/ackwash reloaded, supports embedding the quoted posts inline on click.
You should obviously disable the 4chan native feature for this while using this script.
Should work with all (most) kinds of other scripts.
update 1.2.1: Added compatibility with scripts that load all pages like 4chan cleaner, if that's your thing. Newly loaded threads will take some seconds before they're processed to make performance better, but it's still not recommended.

- Added the possibility to highlight the targeted post on quote mouseover.
Enabled by default because this probably doesn't hurt
- Also added a feature to not show the tooltip if the targeted post is onscreen, only really makes sense if highlighting is enabled. Disabled by default because I don't know if this is useful yet
OP posts don't get highlighted and thus will always show a tooltip, though.
