Script Summary: Edited version of Adrian's "Myspace Add Image Links 2" to replace the function "Suscribe to Blog" with "Add to Address Book."<br> <br> Update: 12/18/07 #2: Pop up box's style now stays consistent (CSS) throughout myspace.
It took me countless hours (ok like 17) to RE the way myspace adds people to the address book and then add it to this script.
Try it out, it looks really cool at least, except that theres still a few visual bugs i need to work on, but the functionality is all there. By default the icon set is 'Message', 'Comment', 'Add to Friends', 'Add to Address Book', 'View Pictures', 'View Comments', 'View Friends', and 'View Videos.'
In any case, I plan on emailing Adrian, the author of the orignal script to just add this function to his set, and then I'll delete this script. I just wanted to get this out there for now, to see peoples initial reactions, suggestions, and comments. :). And as of right now, there still a few bugs to work out.
Adrian's original script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/5767
I made this script as a compliment to Insane Ninja's http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/13115.
Tell me what you think, have any problems, suggestions?
Comment. :) (Or message me on myspace.com/ambientsellout ;)
-Inbox, Sent, Friend Requests (etc) 100%.
-Profiles, View all Friends, View all Bulletins 90% (visual bugs)
Doesn't Work in:
-Home Page (lookin into it, although it's not a huge priorty for me, if it is to you, tell me). Ironically though, it works in Creammonkey for Safari (to an extent), when practically nothing else does ha.
-Picture Comment Pages (will look into it, important?)
As far as me updating this script:
-I'll work on the visual bugs in the pages that work first,
-Then I'll move on to getting the additional pages working.
-Then I'll put the Suscribe to Blog button back, and just add another button
for "Add to Contact" (as well as a new skin for the whole thing).
-Then I'll fix the script to work with the new Home Skin (ie: the status
