Note that this works on usernames, too. For example, if you put "aboyd,MrBabyMan" (without the quotes) in the filter field, you'll remove stories submitted by me (awww!) and the famous Mr. Baby Man. Hey, it's just an example, right? :)
Update September 27, 2008
The 1.0.3 update may fix the problems people mentioned in the comments! It was a weird bug involving a news item being blocked multiple times due to multiple keyword matches. Somehow it caused Firefox to undelete the element. Give it a shot, see if the new version works for you!
