Notes

* Only uses CSS tweaks to change the page display.
* Tightens the "My Icons" page to remove unnecessary elements.
* Works on ALL user pages, unless include line is changed to a specific page.
* Reduced icon size to 16x16, and font size to fit all 9 into one row.
