Yahoo Sucks, Woot Rules
Bypasses shopping.yahoo.com and goes straight to sellout.woot.com (version 0.1.2)
Yahoo got butt-hurt when Woot members started browsing directly to Woot Sellout (http://sellout.woot.com/) instead of visiting Yahoo's shopping site (http://shopping.yahoo.com/) for the "Deal of the Day." A delayed redirect was implemented on Woot Sellout that forces users to go to Yahoo's shopping site first and then click a link to go back to Woot Sellout.
This script loads the Yahoo Shopping page in the background, finds the Woot Sellout link, and "clicks" it for you, in essence, all transparent to the user.
CHANGELOG
v0.1.3: added license block and modified namespace (18 Jun 2008)
v0.1.2: list of @includes and @excludes is bare-bones, but works with current woot/yahoo implementation (2 April 2008)

Looks like Yahoo has caught on to this and did something and now it doesn't work, erg. I like your script and it would be awesome if you or someone can fix it. |
