Script Summary: Gives users the ability to chat live directly from HackForums.net

This script adds a new tab to the navigation menu and is give the name "Chat".
Upon clicking "Chat", a new section becomes visible, moving the real content of the page further below the new section.
In order to satisfy user needs, I have added the ability to change which tinychat room you join.
