Features:
- Carries over usage data from previous month
- Customizable download threshold (aka bucket size)

- Changes to download threshold/recovery rate take effect immediately
- Color coded based on the remaining download capacity
- The remaining usage reported is the worst case for that hour.
- During the FAP free zone, the total FAP free usage is reported.

- Extended FAP free time does not appear to replenish download capacity.
- Note: FAP penalty period also seems to have been extended by 2 hours.
