5.2 Update: After much thought I have decided against persistence. It would be ffar too clunky to be worthwhile. I do have a few other plans for this script though, the highest on the list being a iframe pop-up to display blog if user clicks the read more button along with some UI stuff.

(4.6.12) The widgets are not persistent yet, but they will reload within Hype when you navigate through the site. Sometimes an extra set pops up, I am still working on that.
You need adblock for this to work nicely with Hype. It's a work-in-progress and a rough around the edges but enjoyable no question. Only tested in Firefox.
You can add in your own widgets by editing the URLs in OnLoadWidgerts() function.
Future: Persistence, tighter UI, one-click scrobbling, playlists (maybe), click heart to download, display blog in iframe, and replace sc widget with this: http://ushi.wurstcase.net/examples/viscum/
