By default, this hack only runs on your home page (the full feed), and the profile page url that does not include your profile ID. To have it run on the latter too, add that URL (once you have installed the script) using Greasemonkey's "Manage User Scripts..." menu, marking the script (at the bottom of the list) and editing the top http://*.facebook.com/profile.php?id=741900680 entry (my profile, incidentally) to use your ID instead. Or use "Add..." to add any number of profiles you want it to keep track of.
You can change it to read http://*.facebook.com/profile.php* instead, to have it run on any profile, remembering what mini-feed items you have seen there previously, but that will make your Firefox profile grow with up to 300 bytes for every profile you visit (once per profile, not visit), which may over time slow down your Firefox start / finish times.
