Facebook makes it complicated (see Adding an App to a Page) by making you manually call a URL like this:
http://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID&next=YOUR_URL
With this script, when you click on "Edit Settings" of your App, you will see a new link called "Add Page Tab" in the "Related links" on the left. Just click it to add a tab to one of your fan pages).
Note: the link won't appear if you didn't specify a Page Tab URL (facebook needs it).
