Plays BvS Mahjong accord to level two strategy as per:

Press d to discard a tile, win, enter reach, or go to game.
It will never take a card discarded by another player due to sticking with a low level strategy (planning on improving that).

Fixed for chrome, improved performance by replacing update script with metadata based update. Future fixes to come.
