Script Summary: Remove several boxes, converts links to articles into a more handy format, removes layer for foreign users
This script covers four functions:
- Removes several boxes with annoying hints for newbies and ads. So you have more space for browsing the search results. This script is restricted to ebay.{com|de|at|ch} because it is developed for the recently introduced new design of the eBay homepage in the US, in Germany, in Austria, and in Switzerland.
- Converts links to eBay articles into a format like http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&I... instead of http://cgi.ebay.com/Article_Description_W0QQite.... The short links are better to handle in emails.
- Inserts another link to an article that will open in a new window or tab. It's useful when browsing with the touchpad on a laptop. So you need only one click.
- Removes a layer that tells you that you're on a foreign eBay site.
Changelog:

Have fun. Please let me know if there are any bugs or when you have any ideas to extend. Please comment also when the eBay startup page in your country will be re-designed.
