Script Summary: Adds keyboard shortcuts to the Netflix web site

NOTE: This script is still a work in progress. If there is a page that the script does not work on, let me know via the discussion board and I will do my best to fix it. If there are additional shortcuts you would like to see, you can post them there as well.
