Script Summary: Adds the national flag icons next to each username in the comment section of Youtube.

An updated / fixed version of Jankokutou's YouTube National Flag Adder.
"This script adds the national flag icons to YouTube comments to show which countries the comment posters are in.
It can add the icons to comments on video page or "view all comments" page.
On "view all comments" page, you can display the icons by clicking "display national flags" button.
In the following cases, icon will not be added.
- The user account has been deleted
- The user is not setting his or her country
- Some countries I couldn't prepare their national flag icons (Antarctica, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey)
The design of some national flags might already be old.
This script is using the national flag icons distributed for free from famfamfam.com.
