Script Summary: Replaces "Sign Out" link on Google pages with a select box of accounts.
This is 99% the script of Jarett (http://userscripts.org/topics/88025), plus 3 lines corrected by digideth (http://userscripts.org/users/digideth).
Only reason I am posting this under my name is that no one seemed keen to publish a working version, and I don't believe everyone is able (or bothered) to download a non-working script and then fix it by hand.
If in future it will require more in depth modifications, I may be unable to fix the sript again.
