basic usage(key binds)

Shift-s : start slide
Shift-a : start karaoke-like text-animation
f : get faster karaoke-animation speed
s : get slower karaoke-animation speed
j,right : next page
k,left  : previous page
up      : increase font size
down    : decrease font size
escape  : stop slide

push Shift-S key, then the page change to slides like following pages.

after(slide 1)

push "j" or "right", then the page goes the next slide.
