This script will display Monster ID Gravatars on users who do not have an avatar.

To display them for all users, disable avatars on the forum*.

*Instructions:
  1. Press the User CP link on the forum header
  2. Press the Edit Options link on the left
  3. Find Thread Display Options
  4. Uncheck Show Avatars
  5. Press Save Changes
