Notice: this does NOT work anymore. Youtube removed the old design along with the cookie. Just uninstall the script. :|
The script simply adds a cookie that tells Youtube to load the old design. If it stops working Youtube most probably removed the design totally, which is not my fault.

Side note: if you're using Opera the install button won't work. You'll have to go to:
Preferences (CTRL+F11) > Content > JavaScript Options... > User JavaScript folder
Create a folder anywhere and copy the path to that box.
