Well the day has come where I've finally decided that I no longer want a Facebook account. I've been using the site since 2006 and have wrote numerous scripts for it so it was a hard decision, but I think it will be for the better since I barely use the site at the moment. I hereby release this script into the public domain so anyone can take it and do what they want with the code. Feel free to use the forum to post fixes for the script. If they are small changes I'll update the script here so that people can continue using this script as long as possible.

About

Determined to return my Facebook experience to that of the refined social network I had become accustomed to using, I released my first version of UnFuck Facebook in the summer of '07, just a few months after Facebook released it's Application Platform. Though the script has been rewrote countless times to accommodate the many changes of Facebook since, to this day UnFuck Facebook remains a radical rethink of how a Facebook page should look. Under its default settings I confine the presence of third-party applications on Facebook to the Applications Menu, and modify Facebook in any way I feel makes it more usable. Recently my script has become more flexible by allowing users to customize the script's settings through a graphical panel accessed from the Facebook "Account" drop-down menu.

Requirements

To use this script you must have Firefox 3 with the Greasemonkey extension installed, Safari 4 with GreaseKit, Opera, or Google Chrome.

On The Horizon

I'm constantly trying to keep this script up-to-date and working. Facebook is one of the hardest sites to write a script for because they are always changing their shit. Seriously, features brake all the time. Basically I'm on a never ending marathon that started three years ago. I try my best to stay on top of it, but its hard so give me a break if I don't sprint to fix things when they break.
