Script Summary: Removes/hides the new advertising/ news/ whatevr banner that sits atop the page.

If you're staying with the current SU format and you want to remove the banner, you can use this short script.
I left it separate from the background remover script so it can be turned on/ off as wanted and if you're using the default white theme, it'll still remove the banner: )
