Adds a "Upload" button to the page.
You cannot use this script with Cosmic Panda, download http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/120098 to get old YouTube layout back. Doesn´t work with Takato´s Better Watch Page, so only use this when you just like it etc. Warning: This script is only "read-only", because it will show a MessageBox.
