Eniro Kartor <-> Google Maps links

Adds links between Eniro and Google Maps in the page header.

If you live in Sweden, you likely find Google Maps a bit tacky at times, and wished you could cross over to (and back from) Eniro's somewhat better maps. This script lets you:

They seem to run the very same codebase, so feel free to just change the south / north / west / east coordinates (given in that order) in the urlFromGURL function to those of Finland, both occurrences of kartor.eniro.se to kartat.eniro.fi, "Länk till kartan" to "Karttalinkki", and finally perhaps the link title "Eniro" to "Eniro.fi", and you're probably done. (Oh, and change the name and/or namespace, so you can have both scripts installed at the same time.)

Bonus points for uploading the script to the site, making screen shots and perhaps referring to this script too. I'll happily link yours from here, of course.
