Go to any Peoplesoft Homepage or Peoplesoft Component and press the activation key (default key is backqoute "`"). A quick jump menu will appear (in top right corner) allowing you to open up a new component. Selected component opens in a separate window. It works for all environments and any portal/node/site configuration.
