As your router could be on any IP address, I have set the script to be included on every site that has the location of "doc/toc.htm".

You can easily edit the * to your routers IP address, in the usual way, to prevent it from accidentally changing the CSS on another site with "doc/toc.htm". Pretty unlikely that you'd go on a site with the same name, but you never know. :)
