Keyboard shortcuts:

d: Brings up the posting dialog box
Ctrl+Enter: Posts the Dot
Esc: Closes the dialog without posting

Added features:

Ability to remove a Dot on a GReader item that has already been dotted (same session) by pressing 'd' again.

When attempting to Dot a post, the script checks to see if you've already dotted the URL before, if so, it will present an alert.
