Adapted from Google Reader + del.icio.us (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/7957) by Jordan Brock which was in turn an adaptation of the Google Reader + Bookmarks script (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/6497) by JohnM

Original keyboard shortcut support added by Liu Yang

Keyboard shortcuts:

d: Brings up the posting dialog box
Ctrl+Enter: Posts the Dot
Esc: Closes the dialog without posting

Added features:

Ability to remove a Dot on a GReader item that has already been dotted (same session) by pressing 'd' again.

When attempting to Dot a post, the script checks to see if you've already dotted the URL before, if so, it will present an alert.
