Trip Advisor cleanup

Removes the sposored links boxes from tripadvisor

TripAdvisor.com is a travel site. It has reviews of hotels and accomodation worldwide. However it frequently inserts 'sponsored link' boxes. This script removes them.

Site seemes to be changed. Changevar annoying_elements = new Array( "//*[@class='commerceTD']", "//*[@class='orange_bg_30']/.." );tovar annoying_elements = new Array( "//*[@class='box typeB commerce']", "//*[@class='orange_bg_30']/.." );
