Script Summary: Move the sidebar in the Message Center to the top
Makes the new sidebar in the Message Center a horizontal menu at the top. Especially useful if you are using Vertigo and need the horizontal space.
I'd recommend using this in conjunction with http://userstyles.org/styles/3120 to avoid the flickering on first page load. (The Stylish style just hides the sidebar when the page loads).
