the "Download This Video" option isn't there. What may be the reason?

on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV_SotQx9uk&NR=1 and others the link is not visible, maybe because the originating server (flv location) is chi-v237.chi.youtube.com

After installing the script the download-link of the video appears under the video in red letters ;)
