Script Summary:
Try and get OWA to display pages as it does in IE. The Main Interface has been very much spruced up by version 0.4.

The things we do in the script are:

1. Change the left nav bar to show all default folders, and count of unread messages next to the folders.
2. In the main display area, Change the order of the toolbar, folderbar etc., and change them to look like they do in IE.
3. Change Links so that compose and read items open in new windows, rather than within the frame.
4. Other cosmetic changes have been made.
