This is a general pop-up block script run under Scriptish.
It listens web pages window.open() event ( cross domain only by default), blocks it or let it pop automatic when its URL mathc the whitelist or blackList.
For those not in list site pop-up will prompt confirm dialog, choosing whether open the pop-up or not. Then this script will credit the domain by you choice(+1/-1 each time), and keep the count in localestorage. Any domain meets the preset count (default, +3/-3) will work as it is in blacklist or whitelist.
