With Tweetscroll you can easily read new tweets without having to click the infamous "new tweets" bar everytime there are more recent tweets on Twitter.com. It makes the timeline behave similarly to Facebook's News Feed, showing new tweets only if the page has focus.
Opera users can choose to install the Opera extension instead.
