Script Summary: Adds direct links to fullsize images on image listing pages
Image listing pages (search, user page, etc.):
* Image title becomes link to fullsize image
* Manga link is added (only works for manga images)
Currently the script does not check if an image is manga or not, so both links are added to all images.
Manga pages:
* Fullsize links are added above images (if it breaks, refresh)
This makes it easy to download all images with DownThemAll! (http://www.downthemall.net/) or other download managers.
