Script Summary: Removes the adds table and also adds some upgrade features to free players such as the structures, fleet and minimal scanner advanced views
1. Removes the Adds table found at the top of all pages.
2. Adds 2 new buttons at the empires tab
First button "Extra Info" shows the following tables
- Base Structures - shows all structures in all bases with count. Every structure type has different colors (like production, defenses and others).
- Fleets - shows all units in all fleets with count. For every fleet also its size is displayed.
- Scanners - shows all incoming fleets on all systems for which the player has bases on.
Second button enables auto refresh of the empires tab every few seconds.
This helps to see if there are new board/messages available without having to manually click any buttons/links on the page.
