Script Summary: Simulates a live server clock and other extras for Starfleet Commander (all universes)

What does it do? It adds a live game clock, containing both game time and local time, to the main panel of the page, and incorporates this into many aspects of the game. The display of game/local time can be controlled on most pages via configuration check-boxes located in the upper right hand corner of the main panel. It will remember these settings for all future sessions as well.
